Tarissa Perkins
- Age: 20
- Years in Synchro: 13
- Synchro History: I Swam for 12 years with Sunrise Swans Rec Team and Coached for two years. One while
I swam for the team. The second year I coached only. I am currently swimming for SVM for my first year.
- Occupation: A teacher in the Childcare learning center. I am in the infant room currently, and love it.
- Favorite Figure:Albatros or Crane
- What got me into synchro?: My older sister swam for 5 years before I did and it always seemed so fun,
so I told my mom I wanted to do Synchro she said OK and she hasn't been able to get me out of the pool since.
- Birthday: 9/9/82
- Favorite Color: Pastel yellow and Blue
- Hobbies/Interests: Synchro is # 1 on my hobbies list but I also enjoy movies, bowling, car racing and
spending time with family and friends.
- What's up with me right now?: I am currently working in infant childcare, swimming and going to school
for my degree in early childhood education. I spend most weekend at the race track watching my boyfriend of 5 years and his
father race.
Kathleen Maloney-Williams
- Age: 29 (I think we get older when we are sleeping)
- Years in Synchro: 16 years
- Synchro History: Swam age group year round competitive in Wisconsin from age 8-16. Then coaching
and swimming Masters from age 22 to present, here in California.
- Occupation: Small Business Owner
- Favorite Figure: How can you pick just one?
- What got me into synchro?: I loved to swim and needed a challenge.
- Birthday: 02/4/75
- Favorite Color: Teal
- Hobbies/Interests: Synchro of course! I also love being busy doing creative projects, painting,
card making, scrap booking and hanging out with my husband, family, and friends.
- What's up with me right now?: Remodeling our house and in the mist of another great synchro
season.
Sara Romano
- Age: 23
- Years in Synchro: 14
- Synchro History: 9 years swimming on the Cordova Cordettes recreational synchro team; 4 years coaching
the Cordettes; 4 years on Sac Valley Masters.
- Occupation: Student @ CSU, Sacramento majoring in photography and Coach of the Cordova Cordettes.
- Favorite Figure: Ariana
- What got me into synchro?: When I was 10 years old, I gave up swimming on a competitive swim team (racing
swimming) and joined the synchro team that practiced next to us at the pool. Synchro looked way more fun!

- Favorite Color: Green (like real true green!)
- Hobbies/Interests: Music, Choir, Synchro, Photography, Graphic Design
- What's up with me right now?: Just goin' to school and swimmin'. I'm at the beginning of another
semester at CSUS and will be crazy busy with my photo classes! Next up: Planning for a new season of fun with
the Cordette SYnchro team and the Sac Valley Masters.
